Register for a GiveNKind Account

GiveNKind provides access to essential products exclusively to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, including public and private educational organizations (for-profit organizations are not eligible), and faith-based organizations.

Eligibility

Eligible organizations must:

  • Have active charitable programs that serve the broader community
  • Maintain an active website or social media site showing outreach and program activity
  • Use products for charitable purposes. Products may not be resold for profit, including raffles and fundraisers, used for personal benefit, or distributed outside the organization’s programmatic activities.
  • Affirm a non-discrimination policy

Account Access

Each organization may designate an Account Manager.

  • The Account Manager is authorized to place orders on behalf of the organization and manage access to GiveNKind products.
  • The Account Manager may delegate additional staff to register as employees of the organization and place orders, but remains accountable for compliance with GiveNKind policies.
  • If the organization is all-volunteer, a member of the organization’s Board of Directors may serve as the Account Manager.
  • For school accounts, the Account Manager must be a school or program administrator (e.g., Principal, Assistant Principal, Operations Manager, Director of Student Services, School Social Worker overseeing a basic needs program, Business Manager, or Office Manager). Classroom teachers should not serve as Account Managers unless formally designated in writing by school leadership.
